It doesn't say on the package how long the cord is but from what I can see of it on the outside it is at least a foot long.

you can go to usps.com and look up shipping cost for Canada, based on the weight of the item. just go to international shipping and it'll tell you how much, it's not much diff than shipping to the States.

If you did first class, it wouldn't be more than $2 I bet, if u put it in alight weight envelope, it shouldn't be more than 4oz which is $1.92 shipping
