The listing, Wells Fargo Snowflake Plush Stuffed Toy Pony has ended.
Here's Snowflake, a historical delivery pony with Wells Fargo. She looks pretty close to new! Her fur's in excellent shape. She's a light off-white and isn't as dark as she looks in the pictures, especially her mane (it's solid white.) However, I think there's a little dirt on her, particularly her muzzle (fourth picture.) She's about 12 inches long.
The original Snowflake operated out of Jersey City, NJ at the turn of the 20th century. The Wells Fargo website says of her:
"Snowflake’s daily routine began with hitching up and boarding the ferry to New York City. There, she led a team of horses that helped deliver money and important business packages to customers in New York City. Noted illustrator Edward Hopper depicted a Wells Fargo wagon, led by a pristine white horse, aboard a ferry for the March 1917 cover of Wells Fargo Messenger, the company’s monthly magazine in that era."
