The edamame bean is tasty in stir fry or as a boiled side dish vegetable.
If you want soybeans allow the bean to dry on the vine (*note second pic).
These are very easy to grow and need very little care. I do not use any pesticides at all in my gardens. I test my soil every spring, summer and fall. This is virgin land that has only been used for gardening; I can say this because I have traced the history of the land.
