FREE: 1959 Topps #195 Rip Repulski (2008 Topps Heritage buyback)

If I'm not mistaken, Starting in 2008, Topps Heritage hobby boxes included a box topper which was a buyback card for the year it was paying homage to. In that year, it was the 1959 topps set, and here we have Rip representing that card this time.

As for flaws with the card, it's a slight bit off-center, though the edges and corners seem slighty above average for its age. The front seems to have a slight spot where blue background isn't completely there, but should be notocible in the top left corner of the circle. There's also the "50th anniversary" stamp showing it's a buyback; not sure if it hurts or helps the value, depends on the buyer I guess, but I haven't seen a lot of those on here so seeing how that goes on here.
