This is a super CUTE girly girl dog coat. It ia crocheted with dark rose, light tan and multicolored rose yarn. It is modeled by my chiwawa mix dog. She weighs about 11 pounds so she is a small / medium dog.

Do you make this yourself? The patterns are beautiful. I would totally bid if it weren't for the fact I have a boy poodle and pink isn't the best color when you want people to know you have a boy dog.

Yes I made it along with the other crochet items myself. I thought the dog cape was just beautiful but unfortunately my Duchess was not to fond of it. she does like the pattern of the ones I have listed on Etsy.com in my store named IvysKreations. She has one of the popcorn ones in shades of purples, pink and tan.

How does it fasten under the belly? F&W

it is a band that is connected to both sides. So it is sort of like a sweater where you put the head thru the belly band first then the neck hole - after that you pull the front legs thru so they stick out below the chest band and in front of the belly band. I hope I made myself clear.
