This ring is a high end jewelers sample ring. It is made of a metal alloy and diamond simulant which are crafted to match a real diamond paired with platinum as close to the real thing as possible. This ring is crafted with the same skill and craftmanship the authentic ring receives. I assure you this ring looks nearly identical to the real one (I personally cannot tell a difference). I can't imagine a jeweler lending something that looks cheap and tacky to a customer spending at minimum 3k. The customer would probably be turned off and just leave.

Anyway, it is beautiful and would look exquisite on anyones hand...I highly doubt anyone is going to question if it is real or not...if they do it's because they are jealous. I have sold a few of these here on Listia already and everyone loves them.
