It would benefit St. Joseph's Indian School kids in South Dakota, God Bless them.
Items included: beautiful dream catcher 6 X 10 inches in size with an explanation on the back about how this folk art helps with screening bad dreams out (great gift!), 2 individually wrapped unique greetings cards (Happy Birthday and Sending Happy Thoughts / Get Well both 5 X 7 inches with Scripture quotes and golden accents), and lastly a cute small reusable bag ( 9 X 9 X 2 inches for quick groceries shopping, lunch or as a mail bag, for cosmetics, etc). The color theme of all goods is earth -- very calming and serene. I chose "Other" for the category because it can fit into so many categories as: holidays, office supplies, home decor, paper crafts, accessories etc. To me, there has always been something so magical and sincere about this culture. I love all aspects of it: the myths, the songs, the dances, the food, the connection to nature. I respect their heritage and I admire the motifs of the eagle and the wolf. Of course I have a Dream Catcher of my own!
