I need to inform some of the newer Listians: NOT ALL the bead cores that are marked 925 are actual Silver. There were/are many companies marking 925 on all their beads so they could sell more. 90% or more of the acrylic or "plastic" beads will NOT have silver as a core. Silver will tarnish, these cores do not. So please triple check before telling people its stamped. Also, don't assume everyone knows this, because almost all will put 925 and honestly think/believe they are silver, not everyone can notice the difference.
