This listing is for 15+ cypress Vine seeds taken from my mom's garden in 2017. Also known as Hummingbird Vine this is a tendrilly vine that beautifully ascends up fences or poles & has very thin tendrilly vines & vibrant green thin leaves with dine size red blossoms that pop from the vine. Very beautiful & whimsical like a fairy land in your garden. Don't get these confused with trumpet vine. That is another vine known as Hummingbird Vine sometimes. This is for Cypress Vine.

These attract butterflies & bees & hummingbirds so plant them away from areas that hummingbirds might fly into & become injured like sliding doors or windows.

My mother lives in Southern Indiana & I have planted these in Kentucky as well. They will grow anywhere with similar climates & warmer. They will grow in colder regions during the warm seasons.

They reseed so you won't have to worry about seeds next season, you'll have plenty. They die down in the winter & then the seeds sprout in early spring.

You can train them up a fence or up string that you tie to objects.

The seeds are kept in a smoke free home.

It helps to soak the seeds overnight before planting. Plant in the ground after the threat of frost has left your region. Protect from those late frosty nights we get sometimes.
