The Koholint Island is a land of no return for Link, the protagonist in The Legend of Zelda: Links Awakening game designed for Nintendo Game boy. Unless his guardian Wind fish is awoken, Link stays desolate on the island of doom in this action-adventure game. Eight musical instruments hidden in eight dungeons across the island need to be collected and brought together to be played in this Nintendo video game. As the sonorous tune of the Ballad of the Wind Fish will awaken Links sleeping guardian on Mt. Tamaranch, letting him escape. While making your way through the islands interconnected paths as Link, you have to combat the nightmare boss creatures seeking to rule the Fishs dream world. Collecting secret seashells and other items in this action-adventure game helps you gain heart containers that help counter the enemy. Minigames, puzzles and side missions add to the exploration excitement in this Nintendo video game. The Legend of Zelda: Links Awakening is a single player game that uses an over-head perspective.
