Yes as far as I know it is I have 2 of these they were given to me when I was younger I had 1 set into a ring and I finally decided to get rid of the other 1 its to pretty just to sit arround and gather dust and the way my luck goes I'd lose it r something and also I'd just like it to be put to good use I have a huge collection of gem stones that I use for various things but when I have xtras I don't use I figure someone else always can

Not that I know of it is something my celtic grandmother taught me kinda as a a way to say thank u r ur welcome as well as many other things just in a different way
