Yes. They are so small, just a ball of feathers. Just so you know; there are people who have them as pets. You could keep them and use a dog house. The hens are quiet. The roosters have Napoleon complex. Lol.

i wish I could have one as a pet, but I live in an apartment, I wonder what my cat would think of it? I see your still my high bidder. I plan on adding a few more extras in, just can't update at this late date, so they will be surprise. Good Luck

Winderful. The egg holder is ceramic! I have chickens, my was Her after A may make blue eggs, my Cochin lay a blush pink, and my others may brown. We don't even bother coloring the eggs.
This is so cute, never say one before

Glad you like it, I have never heard of chickens that lay colored eggs! I wish I could keep chickens I love fresh eggs, but so expensive to buy at store and I don't think they are the same fresh as the ones you get from your own chickens!!!

Google them ♡ easter eggers, Cochin, and check out the others. We never have white eggs. The yolks are a deep orange.
When we first got the cochins I had to laugh. I told my husband 'no self respecting chicken would call this an egg.' They are very small. Perfect for deviled eggs. Not goid for baking because of their size. They are beautiful ornamental chickens :-)

No worries with cats. My ferals even go in the coops with the chickens. I have seen the hens peck 'at ' the cats. The hens steal the cat food. Lol so hens rule the roost. They tend to respect each other and live in harmony. One if the cats had kittens in one of the coops. The chickens stayed away from the kittens. I moved them out of that coop about a,week later because mama cat was nervous.
Anyway, a dog, no. A cat, yes. But, you have the poo to consider. Lol

Don't think it would be so great in my apartment. I have a feral cat that I caught for a trap, fix, release program as I used to have a colony that lived behind me. Anyways I caught him two times and the second time, decided to keep him, it has been five years and he still hides from everyone but me, as long as it's just me, he's tame and calm. Anyone comes to visit and he's under the bed. He might like a chicken friend, but I really don't have any where to keep one:( Maybe someday.

Feral cats are special. We have 8 now in this colony. I can touch 7 of them. That feeling you get when they trust you ! ♡♡ I want to take the females to get fixed. I'm concerned about the cost and what to do until they are healed. Need to do it soon though.

you should check and see if there are any feral cat programs where you live, and here they fix them and release the next day, We have not had kittens in three years. YEAH. They are special. I love my once that are still feral and my captured baby.
