can't remember the measurement last time i visit the doctor, they did told me she had a big head for her age lol she weights 17.0 lbs. and shes 11months about to be one year old. i found this chart, hope that helps Baby - 6 to 12 months
Head Circumference: 16" - 19 " 41-48 cm ; Hat height = 7.5" 18 cm

Jason here are the measurements I use for patterns couldnt get back faster at work
Toddler to 10 yrs is 18" to 20" head size
6- 12month is 16-18inches. That should help. Thanks for commenting!
