No, the bulkiness of the seeds in the envelope make the usual #10 envelope thicker than what a 45 cents stamp will cover. They are in a plastic pouch and even laid flat they are bulky. I always send seeds in a padded envelope, and the envelope alone cost me $1.00 at the Dollar Tree. The postage on my padded seed packs runs $3.00 anywhere in the U.S. so I'm really loosing money on the deal. Wish I could offer free shipping but I live on a fixed social security income. There is literally hundreds of seeds in this 1/2 oz. size packet.
