Forgot to ask but the I/O plate is the silver plate on the rear side of the motherboard were the connections are.

The link posted above is NOT for this motherboard. There are 6 SATA connectors on this one, not five, the floppy connector is in a different location, and the huge heatsink for the mosfets isn't on the one in the link. If you look at the numbers (which are also in a different spot, and really refer to the AMD 780 chipset anyway), the one in the link is the -a model and this is the -A2. Everything looks pretty close to the same as far as specs go, though, the ones on this board are probably better.
