This would be against Listia's rules. Anything that goes into the mouth is disallowed. "Anything that can be ingested or applied to one’s mouth including toothpaste, etc (by humans or pets/animals)"

I believe that the rule states nothing that could be ingested. So unless the winner plans on eating this product it is not considered something to be ingested. Otherwise lipstick wouldn't be allowed or chapstick. They have white strips on here all the time. I doubt these ppl are correct. & I'm sure they've probably flag'd it already, & since it's still here with an hr left to go, just goes to show that this IS allowed!. Great Auction btw!

Also you would apply lipstick to your lips not to the inside of your mouth. These go IN the mouth. Mouth wash and toothpaste are not allowed as the are used on the INSIDE of the mouth.

The rules say "Anything that can be ingested or applied to one’s mouth including toothpaste, etc (by humans or pets/animals)" This is applied to the MOUTH not the lips.
