This listing is for a brand new Urban Decay eye shadow in Chronic. It has never been used but it does not come in its original packaging. Urban Decay eye shadows retail for $16.00! They are known for their long lasting, strongly pigmented recipe for vibrant, exquisite eyes. Spice up your makeup routine with this beautifully mint green shade.

Eye shadow will be shipped in a small, bubble mailer with tracking. The shipping rate is calculated fairly and is non-negotiable.

***Sorry, but NO free shipping. I did that for a while, until my trips to the post office were costing my family a fortune on what we could be spending on the things we truly needed. So please do not ask for free shipping, I will tell you no. My shipping rates are fair, so understand that's part of the listing. Delivery confirmation with a tracking number is included in the shipping cost.

I will forward my Paypal address to the auction winner after it ends. I cannot accept any payment other than Paypal. Once again, please do not ask. If the bidder fails to pay the shipping charges listed, the auction will be relisted and bidder will be blocked from future auctions. I take Listia very seriously so please don't waste mine or any other seller's time.

Okay, listen. I have replied twice now politely explaining why I am not willing to ship internationally. I am asking that you please respect that. I can understand if you aren't happy about my policy but I am not changing it. My priority here is to be protected from bidders who abuse situations when sellers do not ship with tracking. If you are that concerned about getting this product, it IS sold in stores and many other places online. So now I am very nicely asking you not to comment on my auction again.

I'm sorry, I can't. :( There is no way to add a tracking number on international packages, and I have to be able to have factual evidence to prove a package arrives to protect myself as a seller. I wish I could. :(
