This is a 3-6 Month Dress. It is navy blue and white dress with a yellow star, a blue fish, and a red anchor on the bottom of skirt. It also has 2 buttons that look like it connects the straps for overalls that are fish one is red and other is yellow. This is a 2 piece set. There are also little pantaloons under it. It was a gift and I wasn't able to have my daughter wear it. I cant tell if it is the lighting here or what but, on the shoulders it looks dusty or something, it may need washed.
