Lining: 100%cotton. Measurements: shoulders: 4" long. About 7.5" from the shoulder hem to the underarm ( sleeve), sleeve length: about 8.5", sleeves opening( buttoned up) about 12" total. Jacket length, measured back, 21", underarm to underarm: 17", waist : 14" from side to side. The jacket will fit a 34 bra size or under. The back waistband isn't adjustable.
