Its almost like a leather purse, pretty big size, very spacious in size, Zipper pocket inside, 1 small pocket for a small cell phone, and the pocket on the front. No brand name really, its made in China, it was my daughters and a friend gave it to her and she gave it to me and I never used it.

Nope. no scratched and I am not sure it can fit in a binder, but a purse it can, the sizes are, Its 9 1/2 wide and 8 inches long.
