there is free shipping on this item....paypal is a way of paying for things that you connect to your bank acct. You can go to: www.paypal.com and ck it out. The reason I use that term is there are times that I run several auctions at a time and that I need help with the shipping, however that does not apply in this matter....I will ship this for free
