Listia states that if your auction says free shipping, it is unconditional and you have to ship it for free. Is it free shipping or $7.00?

I'm not picking on you but I've had A LOT of people confused about what the shipping is. Even Listia incorrectly edited one of my listings.
As far as I understand, International can be defined loosely as involved 2 or more countries. Therefore shipping internationally would include my country and another country which would cost $7 or free if over 750 credits... DOMESTIC shipping of or pertaining to one's own or a particular country as apart from other countries which in this case is the USA and it's FREE IN THE USA.
So to recap... "Shipping - Local pick up or free shipping (US only)" and "International shipping is $7 (paypal personal gift transfer) or free if over 750 credits."
I guess next time I'll put "shipping to countries outside the USA is $$ or free shipping outside the USA if over ###"
Hope that makes more sense to everyone?
