no - not really a range finder. They are binoculars, but they will zoom in on a far away object and take a really good photo.

oh, gosh. I can't remember. I THINK it had the capability.....but I can't be sure. I do remember it came with a disc and some software (which I'm pretty sure you can download from the site...>). sorry, I can't remember.
