1.) 1 Yellow/Orange Flower Bead
2.) Florescent yellow embroidery floss (meant for embroidery but also good for friendship bracelets and other crafts)
3.) 6 Green Beads
4.) 1 blue seahorse bead
5.) 1 Yellow heart bead
6.) Silver embroidery floss
7.) 1 black heart bead

I'm assuming you mean the beads, and not the embroidery floss. All the ones I added so far (#1-17) are plastic. The only one I'm not sure about is #13, the pink bead. It might be a stone or plastic, I can't tell.

For some reason the pic of the tube beads and purple beads didn't upload. Those are the only pics missing, I'll upload right now. Everything should match up except the last 3 pics I just uploaded. The tube beads, purple beads, and embroidery floss pics will be out of order. Thanks for letting me know so I can fix this!
