These are vinyl iron-on letters. I cannot find the instructions. YouTube should have lots of information and videos how to iron these on.

These are black vinyl letters ......the white is the covering I peeled back a little sample to show that the white layer peels off and then the heat is applied to the black letters.

Approximately 3 x 1 3/4 in.....see photos with ruler for size.
