Package includes phone(flip style w/ external display) owners manual, charger. Phone has never been activated and does not include airtime. I have the same problem with my tablet some times. I think the photo is to large for listia? That's not the error I get. But when I list my item, then take the picture it works. It has also worked when editing. Best of luck on lista.!
