Animals are a huge part of my life. I have a rescue farm with all kinds of unwanted farm animals and I am a Wildlife Rehabilitator. I thought he was too cute. Did you look at my picture on the left?

Oh wow! I didn't even notice that. I would absolutely LOVE to do what you are doing! I have 6 rescue cats, and 1 rescue dog. That's about all I can manage where I live. I am trying to get a job working with animals now. One day, if I can get a place in the country I'd like to expand my garden and get some animals, maybe even start a small rescue group.

The kitty in the picture is a baby lion. I think I told you I am a Wildlife Rehabilitator and I have been doing it for 26 years. I love doing it a lot, I am 73 now and I plan on training a few people this year and next so there is someone to take over for me. I am the only one in the two Western counties of Maryland and i get quite a few babies and injured wildlife. We have almost 15 acres in the mountains, so I plenty of room to do what I do.

Look on your state Department of Natural Resources site for wildlife rehabilitators and you can get training, It is free and rehabbers always need help. I started out by taking a bird to a rehabber and she taught me so much and I went to classes and took classes online and learned so much, I have saved many, many little critters who wouldn't have made it without help, I have almost 15 acres with a mountain behind us that we own to the top, I release all my babies and injured critters who are well now and free again. It is a joy to do. Let me know if you are really interested and I will help you to find a rehabber to teach you,

I am very serious. Right now I am stuck in a Condo with no room left. I am trying to get a house near my mother. My father passed last year. Once I get a house, I would love to be trained. I do eventually hope to end up with some land.
