I mail thru USPS, regular first class mail, not overnight, not priority mail either. Many times it takes more than 3 weeks to get items thru the mail. By bidding on my listings, YOU AGREE not to file a dispute for at least 21 days after the mailing date of the auction item. If you file a dispute in that time frame, I will dispute it as you have been given my terms in writing. It has taken at times 30 days for me to receive some items from my fellow listians.
