The listing, Nokia 6030 (T-Mobile) has ended.

This is a silver Nokia 6030 phone by T-Mobile. It is a very basic phone with no camera/video or mp3 player. Although it's used, it was not personally used by me so I'm not completely sure how well it will work since it's several years old, but it does come on, all buttons do work, it's in good condition, and does come with a charger.

If you read closely, I didn't say it doesn't work. I said I'm not sure how well it will work because it's old and I personally didn't use it, but I'm sure it worked fine before it stopped being used. I don't see why it wouldn't work because it looks fine to me, and I can't control whether or not T-Mobile will activate it, but it wouldn't hurt to try. And if it can't be activated, you can always use the battery and/or charger for another phone.

dose it come with a new sim card because if it was active before you cant reactivate the sim card or the phone with out a new one

I think it is although I didn't use it so not 100% sure. I don't know much about T-Mobile, I'm with Verizon and I know they let you turn prepaid into contract and vice versa (depending on phone).
