Another re-purposed Idea. Newspaper that we all throw out, Well not all of us. This is a great way to use the Newspaper. I make these to sell but I want to share with my Listian Fans also.

These pots are biodegradable, just fill with soil, add seeds or seedlings. put the whole pot right in the Garden.

FYI....
If you do not send your "Listia Verified" address to me within 7 days of auction ending, I will re-list the item and you will lose your credits.

This is very labor intense work.Takes a whole lot of time to make a pile.Time is money/credits.I was lucky.... did not buy a kit.Whats great also is after recycling newspaper for starter seedlings you can then use the soiled pots in your compost pile or mulch.Now thats really GREEN. hehehe

I had never seen an auction with so many comments, so I read them all to see what was going on. WOW I am new to Listia and was surprised by some of the comments. Seems like some people just don't get it. These are awesome and since I have seen the kit advertised and know how much it cost. Don't let a few people get you down. Just keep on keeping on. Wish I had enough credits to bid.

I have a potmaker like yours and use it for all transplants. Every year for earth day we plant seedlings in these paper pots and wrap them in biodegradable drop cloth cut to size and held in place with hemp string. It's a great way to recycle all that old newsprint. I admire you for sharing yours. You have another fan!

F &W. Can't bid bc outta my reach. This really is a nifty idea. I'm in the process of moving, and using some newspapers. I was truly wondering what I was going to do with the papers I don't use for the process. Now, I know. I don't know what you call this to get a kit from the store: but, I hear you and everyone complaining that the kits are expensive. I like 'Go Green', and keeping stuff out of the landfills. So, to save expense, I think I will try my own idea, first. =D MzBrenda, I hope that this does not upset you too awful much.
