you can also place a leaf on pain areas of your body to control pain. pick with gloves on and place on the area.

What kind of pain? I know the leaves are edible and they have nutrition, but placing on pain area is new to me. I would have to google for that. Thx for sharing.

well I use same in my home made soup.And what I remeber as a kid ,if you touch a nettle ,touch hard and it will not urn.
