Ribbon is accented with glittery gold stainless steel circles. Ribbons tie in the back to wear.

Slightly adjustable by tieing the ribbon tighter or looser. Total length is 35 inches measured from one end to the other.

No the ribbons tie in the back. I can add a lobster claw if the winner wants it. I left the ends free so the length can be more adjustable
