brand name is Sugar skirt is a 2 x,

it's roughly 37x33

this skirt has a draw string waist, which can be cinched smaller or all the way out. Unlike some draw strings, this one has a lot of opening to it. the bottom part of the skirt, is some what like a broom stick. So it does have some stretch to it. Yet, even on it's own, it isn't totally straight, has a bit of a flow to it.

it's either a very dark blue, or it's black. It's hard to say.

I will spilt the shipping, I'm going to do a $4.99 if it fits it ships. I will combine orders. If I can get it into the box! it might be a bit squished but hey it will iron!
