Fitting is all about personal preference, each wig wearer is different. There are many different techniques wig wearers can use to help make the fit feel just right :) You won't really know until you actually get your first wig & wear it a few times, just exactly how you'll want adjust your wig to feel best for you :) There are many, many different helpful videos & tips to learn from. For your first wig my best tip would be to try one close to your natural color so that you can easily blend your own hair into the style . And I thought maybe I'd point you towards a video or 2 & right off the bat the young woman in the 1st video I selected to watch actually did everything wrong in my eyes ~ she wore a cap which I prefer not to wear ~ and she put her wig on backwards in my eyes by beginning with the clips in the back while I prefer to slip mine on from the front first BUT in the end her "techniques" are what work best for her :) lol ~ So it really just will come down to your personal preferences in the end and you'll learn what techniques work best for you while you're on your "perfect fit journey" ~ Hope that makes sense & I'm always willing to discuss this more at any time & I'm always happy to help answer any questions :)
