It is about 4.5 inches by 7 inches in a zippered faux leather case,20 small spools of thread, and around 100 saftey pins, in several sizes . 4 easy to thread needles 2 large and 2 small. The tape measure is 24 inches , multi colored buttons a few straight pins and some eyelet hooks,even a thimble.
