so, do I understand the XNK value of the bid of 40.49 to have a dollar value of $5.67 ? I sure would like your input because I am being told things... man it costs $3 to mail and $10 to buy the stamps ...I am really wondering ~ LOL Thank you everyone (*.*)

In response to your earlier question it really depends on who you ask and what market value they are using. When INK launched Listia knew that the market would most likely crash therefore set & froze their market value at 0.14. They hoped that in time the value would stabilize but in the meantime the rate would give a bit of a buffer. However, the actual market value has stayed around 0.05 since it was launched. Listia said the 0.14 would only be temporary but didn't specify for how long. They removed their market value from their header a couple of days again and also removed the USD conversions from listings.

Sellers will now have to pay much more attention to current market values in order to keep tabs on their starting bids & GINs. It's one of the reasons that I plan to offer mainly GIN listings so that if I need to adjust my GIN according to a changing market value I will have that option. It's going to be more like playing the stock market. Buy low & sell high.

So, back to your original question. If you use the 0.14 value 40.49 XNK = $5.67 USD. However, if you use the more realistic & accurate value of 0.05 then 40.49 XNK = $2.02. So, your current bid of 106 XNK = $14.84 (@ 0.14) or $5.30 using the 0.05 market value.

I found out that even with credits only ~I can (& you can) bid on XNK auctions!
Now that is pretty good! (*.*)

I have credits and INK. Thought you could only bid on items that were still listed in credits with credits. Items listed in INK with INK. Anyway F&W.

Im not understanding this XNK thing but going with the flow.I think we all got use to the regular Math that we were taught.This makes ya think outside the box but thinking im stuck in the box Ha.Best wishes for your auction.!!!
