This is for a first generation ipod touch. I've had it for 4 years, only really used for 2 since I updated to the 2nd generation one, and now I have the iphone. The ipod works perfectly, except it is "slower" if you compared it to the iphone because it's so much older. There are no cracks in the screen, I couldn't show/ demonstrate an app since I erased all my personal information off of it. On the back as you can see there are scratches and marks as there should be since i've had it for so long. There are a couple marks/tiny dents on the sides from dropping it, but the original itouches were like bricks so barely any damage happened. There is NO camera and NO side spot to control the volume. I break my headphones/usb cords alot so they will NOT be included. BUT! My mom bought me some sony headphones for christmas that I never used since I had already bought my own, and if you use GIN you will also receive the headphones pictured last and the itouch. They come in a case that helps you store your headphones neatly and so no knots can form. Under the headphones are the "soft pads" that you put on the ends of the headphones where you listen. **I have two other ipods that I will be selling in the future, both are black 2nd generation itouches so keep look out :)

yes both of them have speakers to play music out loud.

The picture looks like its stuck in the FACTORY RESET-ting mode. Can U take on of it on & at the main menu/screen?

also ... first gen has no speaker so I am glad the headphone jack DOES work. dis this model already 'jailbroken'?

If I connect it to my itunes it will load all my stuff again that I just got done erasing if you want to see that to see it it works it does. Yes the headphone jack does work and no it's not, I fail at jailbreaking.
