I'm listing this in "Other Stuff" because I'm not sure what it is. It could be a dog collar, a human collar, a wrap bracelet, or a doll belt. It's 17 inches long and has 14 holes that are 1 inch apart. 5 have grommets, the others do not. The buckle is silver.

It's definitely a Purple Velvet Thinga-mabobber.

its a doggie collar since it has the thingy majigger loop by the buckle.. kinda cute will be watching... so sick of all girly dog things being pink maybe ill shoot for purple lol

Ok, that's a good point! It's never been on a dog though. So no doggie smell etc. Actually, to the best of my knowledge it's never been on a human either... :)
