The only scratches it has are on the back side of the phone from putting on and removing the protective casing. (Check Pics)

This Auction is for the Phone alone without the casing or 4G MicroSD card.

Well it really depends on how much you use it... Lol.
I don't do much texting or anything so it will last me like 3 days before i have to charge it again... Not sure how long if you text and stuff. Lol.

You can chose prepaid or postpaid
It all depends on your plan on your sim card.
just put your prepaid sim card in the phone and it works.
