Combination of silver and gold. It was a valentine gift from a family member. It was worn a lot but now I don't wear it. It has stayed in good shape. The o in love is a heart with little stones inside it. Thanks!

To be honest, I'm not sure. I know it's not high though. I wore it quite a bit it never turned colors or turned my hand. I just know the silver is sterling. Thanks!
