This code expires on April 30th, so it would have to be used quickly.

Here's what I found on their website:
Gift Certificates can only be redeemed through the Shoebuy.com website at http://www.shoebuy.com, toward the purchase of products listed in Shoebuy's online catalogue and sold by Shoebuy. They cannot be redeemed at any other website operated by Shoebuy, its affiliates, or third party merchants accessible from the Shoebuy.com website.

But they do ship internationally, including to United Kingdom.
