I made this high quality Laughing Man animated avatar... years ago.... never seen one on the nets that even look close to as good as mine... the text moves (like in the show) counter clockwise....... the size is 192 X 192 .... just under 380kbs
This is from the anime Ghost in the Shell (GITS) Stand Alone Complex..... the file is a .gif ...
When I have used it on forums and other places i always had the "canvasch" on the hat, as sort of a protection.....but what I am selling is the BLANK one... like in the photo..
