does it run small or big? I weigh like 120 and I'm about 5'3 and some size nine that runs smaller fits me so thats why I'm curious and do you know how much shipping would be to eau claire, wi 54703

this dress does strech, also it flears out on bottom. Im 5'2 around 125. it fits good on me. Whta im trying to do is get rid of stuff. I will work out deal on shipping :). I was thing 2.95. Or free if the price is right.
