I sell used phones for a living. Home button is white because the phone has had its screen broken and replaced before (with the wrong color screen) and if it is ICloud locked it is worthless to everyone who does not need it for parts. I strip them down but for the majority of you I would leave this phone alone unless she confirms she can unlock the iCloud.

What carrier is the phone? Can you unlock the iTunes and icloud? Is the phone unlocked? And hope it comes with accessories?

The only way icloud and iTunes can be unlocked is if seller knows the information for icloud to remove the lock. Seller do you have the i.d and pass for the icloud lock?

Actually as long as there isn’t a password you just log into your own iTunes and iCloud account, it’s really not hard, and certainly nothing to get so upset about!

Lindsay that's not true at all. iphones can be icloud locked, meaning they can only be used with that icloud account. you cannot use your own account.
