You can make stuff like cards, banners, signs, etc. and comes with disks full of graphics to choose from, for you projects.

It was made in 2000, so it does not really say, It does require about 350 MB for the recommended install, which I actually did on my computer, which is currently running Vista. I know it will work up to XP, with no problem. It appears to work on Vista okay, with some modifications available at Microsoft, according to the answer windows gave me. I did not register it, just wanted to see if it would install and run in Vista and it does on first glance.
