It doesn't say but when I get back home I will lay a tape measure with them and post a pic! I will say they are small for size 3. I wear size 2or size 3 but these shorts are a little tight for me! And they are short! I really liked these shorts but due to a little weight gain I just can't wear them anymore! Thank I hope this helps!
