This is for a DVD that will big you a great workout on a mini-trampoline, sometimes called a rebounder. I don't know why the picture loaded sideways! This is for the DVD only, NOT the trampoline that goes with it.

Rebounding is a great way to work out all the muscles and cells in your body, because at the peak of your up bounce, you are in zero gravity. This helps the cells of your body really eliminate the toxins. It's also great fun.

Please remember, this is for the DVD only NOT the rebounder. These mini trampolines can be found in most department stores and sporting goods shops. If you're lucky, you can even find them at a yard sale -- I'm on my 2nd one, now!
