Your ad says FREE shipping--It cannot be conditional per Listia rules. You need to change it to Winner pays shipping, then add a post note.

@natarajann: thanks for offering this coupon. it's nice to get things free/low cost. shipping can't be conditional, but it is the sellers prerogative if they want to charge shipping or not (i go back and forth, myself). if it's free shipping you'll typically (but not always) get a lot more bids/credits for the offering. i'm sorry one of first commenters came across rather nasty. it's a give/get process and it's up to you if you WANT to spare the 45c, however paypal will take a fee (small if they are paying w/ money from their paypal account, more if it's NOT from a paypal account). We're *usually* very nice folks on here. welcome to listia!! : )
