Within 7 days of auction end, I must receive your Listia verified address & shipping payment. If I do not have either/both of these things in hand, you will forfeit your credits and I will relist. By the same token, it is my promise to you to have your item in the mail and on its way to you within 7 days of receiving your info/payment.

-Flat rate combos pays highest rate then ½ off each add’l. Exact rate combos pay exact rate. Mix of the two pays whichever rate is the cheapest.

they are rules #4 for both buyers & sellers under Listia's Rules

The Listia rule says "Allow 7 days after listing ends to hear back from a buyer before relisting." I don't see anything that says "you will forfeit your credits".

Also, what if you are not notified in email that you won the auction?

Shipping Timeframes


We encourage users to communicate promptly with one another when listings end, but here are the maximum timeframes.


Winner
1.Unless otherwise agreed upon by both the winner and seller, you must contact the seller within 7 days and provide your approved shipping address (if applicable) and shipping payment (if applicable)
2.For example, if a listing ends on Tuesday, you have until the next Tuesday to contact the seller with your shipping info
3.If you fail to do so, the seller may re-list the item and keep any credits earned
4.As always, we encourage you to contact the seller promptly and well before the limit to ensure a smooth transaction
Seller
1.Unless otherwise agreed upon by both the winner and seller, you must ship items out within 7 days from the day you receive the winner's approved shipping address and shipping payment (if applicable)
2.For example, if you get the shipping address and payment on Tuesday, you have until the next Tuesday to ship
3.If you fail to do so, the winner will be entitled to a refund in case of a dispute
4.As always, we encourage you to ship items promptly and well before the limit to ensure a smooth transaction
