I won this on Listia and I wish it fit but it does not:(

Womens size XL 15/17 No Boundaries dress shirt. Is all black , stretchy material, with a flatering v neck. It is used but still in great condition. No rips, or stains.

This size is a No Boundaries black top Marked Size XL (15/17) and appears to be a true fit for that size. I washed it thinking it would shrink and it did not. My loss is your gain. It is a really nice top:)
